The location, off of the Ku'damm, is convenient to anything you want to reach in Berlin, and yet it has a residential feel. We parked our rental car in the street for five days, and left it without any problem, using walking, buses and the underground instead.. There are great restaurants within a short walking distance; our favorites were Thai (Pho 56) and Italian.

The hotel takes up the fourth floor of an apartment building. Rooms have high ceilings and great windows; room 4 has tour single beds, two of them set up as day beds, plus table and chairs for lounging. We used the small fridge to store locally purchased beer and Riesling.

Christian was very hospitable, and helpful with planning site-seeing and arranging logistics. Breakfast was generous and delicious, setting us for handling all the walking we did every day!

On of our most exciting memories EVER is watching neighbors set off bottle rockets from their fourth floor balcony on New Year's Eve, right after midnight. It was a great time to visit Berlin, and a great location for our stay.

Appreciated the fact the hotel is in a very quiet street but still very easily accessible by public transport.
I was on my own and reserved a room with shared bathroom. The room was very cosy, comfortable and quiet. Even the shared bathroom was spotless.
The owner was very friendly and available to answer any question about Berlin.
A decent buffet breakfast is also included in the price.

This is our second visit to this pension and we were not disappointed. The only thing I can add to the previous positive comments is about the Wi Fi...ask for room 6 - we never had any problems. It continues to be a well priced, beautifully presented and maintained family concern. Thanks Christian!

My husband, toddler son, 2 teenage children and myself stayed here recently and we couldn't fault it. The service we got from Christian was outstanding, the location is excellent (easy public transport links), the rooms were large and spotless, and the continental breakfast was comprehensive. It is definitely value for money. The local restaurants (a few minutes walking distance) were also good, not too expensive and family friendly.
