Overall, I think this is a fine hotel, although there are some things to improve.
We arrived quite late, so it was dark, and the light in the entrance hall was switched off, so I first had to find the switch to put the light on. After a while, the personnel showed us our room, which was nice and clean. The bathroom was good too, but is was a bit small. The TV too was small, but it had many channels on it. The breakfast we had the next day was good, although it was very quiet. I don't have any problems with it being quiet, but some music in the background would certainly be nice. We were in the city for most of the day, and we got back at the hotel in the evening. That night, we wanted to sleep, but in the building next to the hotel, there were people playing loud music throughout most of the night. I know that it's hard for the personnel to do something about this, but I think it's still worth a mention. The next day, we would take a plane back home, and we were allowed to stay in the room until midday. However, when we booked the room, we also sent an e-mail to the hotel in which we asked if we could get back to our room at about 4.00pm, just to take a shower etc., and they told us that that wouldn't be a problem, and we wouldn't have to pay more. The night before we went back I asked the personnel again, just to be sure, but then suddenly they told us we had to pay more.
Checking out was easy, so we could easily get to Tegel Airport, and get back home.
