The hotel offers great value and was relatively easy to find; I actually stumbled right on it. Getting there from the airport via public transportation was quite easy. Once inside, the hotel was pleasant, but no-frills. The lobby was small and basic, with sitting areas and magazines. I was on the ninth floor, with a view of some nearby buildings and nothing that exciting. The room was also no-frills, but it certainly got the job done. The room had plenty of open area, including a spartan but usable desk for my computer. Getting online was easy enough. It was a good base of operations for getting around Berlin (and to Potsdam) via subway and bus, both of which have lines within a three minute walk. It was also helpful with a few neighborhood bars, cafes, and stores nearby.
