When booking the booking engine (venere) did not tell me that the room I was booked was in the basement, so it was quite a surprise to find out from the reception at check-in about the location of the room.
Anyway, I have asked to visit the room first and I found that
a) newly done, great furniture, spotless and very modern bathroom
b) indeed basement (window only a small strip close to ceiling
As I was only staying for one night the room was perfect for me and no need to change.
All was fine I slept great.
Did not test the breakfast tough, but internet in the lobby is working great and is free.

I was there for a weekend and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located on the main market of Kudam which is full of activities. The proximity to the metro and the near by areas make it a good choice.

The only problem was the breakfast as it was very simple spread.

Rest its a good choice if you wanna crash in just for the nite.

Clean small rooms with a moderately helpful staff. An inexpensive hotel in a great location.

We have stayed in Quentin hotel in October 2011. I was a little concerned about it due to some very bad reviews but it turned out to be not bad at all. In general, the hotel is not very modern but it is in good condition. Two most important things - the bed and the bathroom were clean and convenient.
The brakfast is paid additionally and it is not worth it's price so I recommend to skip it.
There is no internet connection in the rooms.
Location is superb as it's very close to the shopping area and restaurants.
I would return to this hotel as the price was very attractive for a decent standard of this hotel.
