i spent four days at the Steigenberger hotel with my girlfriend during January . besides the pleasant guy at the door,we got checked in by a very nice and informative reception staff.i could see from the first moment the the service is Steigenberger's highest value. It is located on one of the most centraled streets in Berlin.where u can find large selection of restaurants ,cafes , and other shopping attractions. the rooms were clean and well organized,the only problem was the TV. there weren't any English speaker's channels ,not even one.
the breakfast there is wonderful and can turn to everyone no matter what kind of fool they like at morning time.a very calm and elegant bar.

It was a very nice stay. The executive room was very comfortable and the access to the executive lounge very convinient. Room was clean and everything in perfect condition.
There was an issue with the magnetic keys for both room and lounge and i had to change them several times... sometimes it was a bit annoying...

Our long weekend here was just perfect.

This hotel is excellent! It is located right on the spot and there are some many things to do and to see in Berlin. I truly recommend taking the 3 day ticket for public transportation; it is so convenient and cheap comparing taking a cab when you need. I guess we spend most of the time outside doing all the touristy stuff you need to do in Berlin.

The hotel itself has a lot to offer. The rooms are really, really nice. They have nice décor, and the functionality is great (you got everything you need basically). And if not, the personnel fix it for you in no time. They are so nice and friendly, that it makes you feel like home. The breakfast is completing the package, it is definitely good. I will recommend.

It was really nice and pleasant stay. The bell boy was very nice. Everything are clean. Nice interiors. Great breakfast. My fiance organize great bday arrangement with me and my friends. It was very nice. The only negative thing are the elevator. It was always making a strange noice and feels like its going apart. I think they need to look after this matter. We will be back.
