Arriving to the hotel was pleasant, even tough the reception was quite confused with my booking. Kind of a shame as the booking was made directly through the hotel website…
The room was nice and big enough; bathroom had all needed and was clean.
Internet was kind of slow, but as it is free that it acceptable, even tough not really adequate for Germany.
Major downturn was actually the bed. The mattress itself was okay, but the sheets were too short for myself to cover correctly (I am 190cm, not outstanding tall for Germany, neither outstanding small) and I was quite annoyed with this situation. Luckily I was having a double room for single usage, so I could use the second blanket as well and I found a workaround, even tough I did not enjoy this.

Good location in west berlin, clean simple rooms, very friendly and helpful staff

We're a retired couple and didn't quite know what to expect after we booked our room. A pleasant surprise! We requested a "quiet" room away from the street. The room was excellent in every way including the king size bed. The location was great for our tourist purpose - away from the main party area - still conveniently located near Kurfurstendamm and the trains and buses at Zoologischer Garten. The room was spotless and staff very courteous and helpful.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend break, great location, just 100m to main shopping street Kurfürstendamm, rooms are OK, but when booking ask for a bigger room, it costs only few euros more but the size is much better! staff is friendly, parking is available 13 euro's per night, breakfast is great, plenty of choice... I will come back to this place again for sure!
