I usually stay in the hotel next door but had always thought this hotel looked plush so when i saw it for a bargain price, decided to try it. The foyer is luxurious, staff formal but ultra service focused and I received an upgrade on check in to a suite. The room was impressive with floor to celing windows, mini kitchen, seating area, large bed and modern bathroom. The decor was very "hotel chic" and everything was spotless. You could easily rustle up an easy meal if you wanted to cook in but there is also a good room service menu and a basic looking but great bar/restaurant next door that I have used on many occasions. Overall a nice hotel and I will return!

Pluses
Lovely room and bathroom, great bed and bedlinen, friendly service. Breakfast buffet was excellent (€18 a head if not on an inclusive rate). Many other breakfast options nearby if you don't want to pay this or only want a light breakfast. 

Minuses
A fussy wifi system with passwords required that only operate on one device and expire after 48 hours, however long your stay. Also, wifi coverage in the room we had was poor with it only being reliable near the bathroom. Could not surf in bed.
The bath towels were small, which is not in keeping with the quality of the hotel. No kettle or tea and coffee provision in the room, which we really missed. 

On arrival the hotel didn't look much from outside but once those lift-like doors on the street opened, it was beautiful. A big spacious, modern reception area with the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have ever come across. We were made to feel really welcome, and the information that we were given about the city of Berlin on check-in was exceptionally good. During our 4 night stay there were a couple of times that we asked for help from the reception staff, eg to book a table at a city restaurant, and nothing was too much bother for them. The hotel room was lovely, very modern with a spacious bathroom. We had booked room only for our stay but intended to go for breakfast one day. However, we couldn't justify spending 18 euro's each for breakfast so instead we went to one of the many local cafe's. The location of the hotel is excellent - next door to an underground station and 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. Being round the corner from one of the main shopping streets was great too,. If we were going back to Berlin, we would definately return to the H10 again.

I've now stayed at the H10 in Berlin twice. It's in a very good location, is modern but comfortable at the same time, with lots of style. The staff are friendly and very efficient and speak good English.
The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds though I always find the German habit of two duvets on a double bed unnecessary and miss having a matress topper when I suddenly sleep in a bed made without one and I dont like foam pillows.
There was no water in the room so I ordered a large bottle and was gobsmacked to be charged 19 Euros for it. Extortion in my opinion. Hotels should give bottled water away free in the rooms, the Sheraton does.
The bathroom was well fitted though the towels are in my book too small and not in the least fluffy. I like towels to be generous and cozy. These aren't.
Breakfast is a good spread with nothing lacking, my only criticism being the scrambled eggs were overcooked, I stayed for three days and they were everday.
Having said all this I would stay there again.
