I spent over 6 months here and I must say I have no complaints. The rooms are modern and well appointed, the facilities are great and the staff is amazing; I truly feel like part of the family here. Will definitely come here on my return trip.

New, well-appointed apartments. Location good for S-bahn and trams, lots of restaurants ,shops and market. Close to Museum Island.

We stayed with our 2 kids (4 and 8) for a weekend at the beginning of december 2011 in a 2-bedroom apartment. The hotel was very easy to find and as we knew parking lots are not available in this region we parked our car in the basement (EUR 19,00 24 hrs). The apartment was nice, clean and big enough to fit the four of us. The view was excellent, facing the Alexanderplatz-side. The location is unbeatable: just a few steps either to the museum (5min. by foot), Alexanderpaltz with the Christmas Market and its shopping malls or Hackescher Markt with lots of restaurants, smaller shops and the S-Bahn as well. There are a supermarket and a drugstore just around the corner.
The only bad thing I would like to mention ist that the breakfast could improve a little: the pancakes were always cold (as the warmers were all set to the lowest postion - environmental reasons???). Although we were almost alone in the restaurant the waiter asked us about coffee/tea after 20 min.
Overall, I would definitely stay in this hotel for its unbeatable location, tranquility and cleanliness.

Loved this hotel. We stayed 3 nights here in Berlin. It's a service apartment style unit and we got a 1 BR with living room and bathroom. If this unit was my home residence I would have no complaint. Furniture, decor and interior design is stylish and modern. The wall decorations are thoughtful and cute. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has all amenities if you want to cook. There were even washer and dryer which was Godsend to us as we just came in from a ski/snowboard trip and was able to do all our laundry ourselves. Hotel has a sauna with 2 hot tubs, tubs were lukewarm but sauna is great. (If your are not Europeans, as we weren't, be aware that some Europeans go into saunas naked, and there are security cameras in the sauna as well so it's full frontal!). The Adina has a bar, and the bartender mixed the most incredible cocktails! One night there was even a jazz band performance there and the band was good. The location of the hotel is great, close to subway and trams and many good restaurants. Hotel staff is friendly and efficient. No free internet though except in the lobby. In lobby there is a common use computer or you can bring your own laptop/iPad. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended.
