We stayed there last December for 3 nights. Location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable the staff efficient and helpful.
Did not try the restaurant but the lobby bar is very god either for a drink or a bite (they have some delicious sandwiches and burgers), and quite popular in the evenings. The young lady from the bar(sorry for not knowing her name) was especially nice and patient with us.

We stayed in this hotel in November 2011. It is superbly situated near to Brandenberg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie etc., and the tour bus stops virtually opposite the hotel. One of the many wonderful Christmas Markets was also opposite the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful recommending restaurants etc. The breakfast was excellent with many choices including sparkling wine - a great way to start the day. There is free internet access and a very good bar - again with very helpful staff. Bathroom rather small but apart from that, I would recommended this hotel for a short central stay in Berlin

Nice hotel, ideally located, walking distance to most of the attractions and also very close to the underground. Staff were friendly and helpful, business centre had internet and printing was possible and easy. The free (wi-fi) was slow though, and you had to pay for higher speed connection, so that was slightly disappointing as we picked this hotel for the free connection (it did work well, mind). The room was a bit small for the price, but immaculate and tastefully furnished, and the shower was enormous.

Would definitely recommend.

We spent our first 2 nights in Europe in this hotel. It was perfect for us. Very spacious room and bathroom. Great breakfast served up each morning. Was right across the road from one of the Christmas Markets. Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
