I stayed in this hostel on November and first of all I have to say that Berlin is cold in that season. So you need to turn up the heater to the last level :) The location of the hostel is great you are some minutes away from Checkpoint Charlie for example also you can reach to Brandenburg Tor, Reichstag in 10-15 minutes by walking, in the other hand the underground network is so improved and there is a metro station called Mohrenstrase on left side of the hostel and there are some other stations around so you can reach whereever you like in just minutes. You can buy 2 hour-ticket, 24 hour-ticket, 2 day or 3 day-ticket and after that you have to validate your ticket before using transportation your ticket is valid for busses, metro, tramway and even train for sometimes to somewhere... The breakfast was avarage and internet connection was just in the just lobby and if you have your own laptop it is free to connect, I stayed on the first floor and it connected a bit sometimes. Allways hot water, clean room, bed and the heater was ok. Crew was helpful, there are 5-6 computers in the lobby and if you like to use you have to pay 2 euros for 1 hour. There are automats for buying most known German Chocolates and Beers in the lobby, there was a billard table but it was out of order.
