Wuerzburg was our first stop on a back-packing trip of Romantic Road, and Babelfish hostel ensured we kicked-it-off smoothly. Situated right across the train station. The room was spartan - clearly meant to shoo you off to explore the town. Lack of AC made it a bit stuffy, especially since we had got the top floor. Guess it would be worse in summer! The receptionist was quite helpful to us - with the touring directions and the hostel amenities (which include a kitchen, washing machines). Although free wifi was available, there were problems throughout our stay with accessing it on our floor (the receptionist was clueless on rectifying it)

Clean Hostel near the train station. Nothing fancy, if you are a light sleeper it can get a little noisy as is on a busy road.
Wurzburg is a great place to visit, try to get there for a wine festival and be sure to have a beer in the beer garden in the castle overlooking the city.
Short walk to all the city has to see.

If you are moving a lot or are carrying heavy lugage, this is the place to be due to its proximity to the train station. It is a rather average hostel, a bit expensive for the service provided (as many other German hostels are).

We stayed at Babelfish during one night. The Hostel is clean, with large rooms (we took a private room), has a excelent localization. There is free wifi at the rooms also. The only problem is that the hostel don't accept credit cards.
