This hotel has very splendid view of weissensee lake. Location is about 6 km from Fussen town, so this hotel is suitable for tourist with the car. Staffs hotel is nice and friendly.
Inside the room is well-decorated and clean. Bathroom is nice and clean but I can see only soap bar but can't find any shampoo. Kitchenware is ok for basic cooking. Free underground parking which a little bit hard to drive through the gate.
In conclusion, everything is very good. I'm impress and hope to spend more time in there.

We spent one night at Seespitz in November 2011. The hotel is great...we got a two bedroom apartment for two couples and a toddler. We got a room on the road side...I would probably splurge for a room with a lake view next time for a quieter stay. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was delicious. We actually shouldn't have been able to book a room since the hotel was supposed to be closed for cleaning, but management honored our request and we were the only ones there besides the national ice hockey teams, who were in town for a big tournament. The hotel had free laundry, a workout facility, and an indoor pool. We would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at the Seespitz. 3 nights were not enough, a week would have been better to enjoy more of the facilities & local attractions. Close to visit the castles & Tegelberg-try the summer toboggan run! We loved our room overlooking the lake, it was very cosy & the view was gorgeous. A good wireless connection was a real bonus, as was the laundry facility. The pool was lovely, we enjoyed our evenings in there winding down from the long days sightseeing. The couple who own it were friendly & helpful. We will definitely return one day.

Nothing like being on the edge of an crystal clear Alpine lake. Our balcony's view was a postcard of mountains and blue lake. But, the two-bedroom double room suite was really one double bedroom, a living room and a small nook with 2 cot beds attached to the walls. They do have a nice indoor swimming pool and we even went in the lake (it was a very warm October day). The service was almost non-existent. The desk was unmanned most of the time and we couldn't get served in their small restaurant when we went in for a drink, so left. We did use their free WiFi and their early morning bread/pretzel delivery, which was nice.
