OK for the position! To renew the furnishings and to do better than now the cleaning of the rooms !

Danielle was very pleasant, recommended places to dine and to visit. Our room was on the top floor and it was very warm, but she gave us 2 fans. It was the hottest day of the year, so definitely not the hotel's fault! We had 4 beds in one room, and still had space to move around. Bathroom was very clean and good water pressure. Breakfast was very good.

Dinkelsbühl is a wonderfull town, lots of great places to eat, drink, shop and walk. We had the most warm welcome when we arrived. The rooms are charming, spotlessly clean, and the hotel is in a great location. It's pet friendly. And it's easy to park opposite, although technically across the road as has been said in other reviews it's still practically outside the hotel, and the owners will give you a free parking pass.

Breakfast was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will come back!

Don't bother looking anywhere else, you've found the place to stay (and believe me I am very fussy!)

My wife, daughter (21) and I stayed at this hotel as a "halfway" stop driving from Bonn to Mittenwald in Bavaria. We were absolutely captivated by the town and the hotel held up its end of the bargain - it was a clean, comfortable hotel with charm and a friendly proprietoress that added to the charm of the town. We stayed in adjoining rooms (joined by a balcony overlooking the back garden) that were more than adequate for our purposes in staying only one night. The rooms were on the smallish side, but again, for one night they worked fine.
The hotel is located on a quiet street and is about a 2-3 minute walk from the square in the middle of town and the main street. We were able to park our vehicle right in front of the hotel with no problem, even through we arrived at around 7:30 PM.
The buffet breakfast was good with all the staples of the German breakfast, but nothing to set it apart. Quantity and quality were both good. In walking around the town, I noticed a number of the other hotels we had considered and I'm glad we choose Palmengarten Hotel-Garni - its location on the quiet street is a treat.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling the Romantic Road through Germany, and I would highly recommend Dinkelsbuhl as a stopping point (over Rotenburg).
