Think before you try to make those last €20 to €30 savings! I'll explain:
1) the hotel room reservation was made under the conditions of a so-called 'Hot-Deal'. The hotel was presented online as being rated 4-star. I travel often, and there is no way that this could or should ever be sold as a 4-star experience. As a first small example, in a 4-star hotel you rarely have to buy WLAN. Also, breakfast is often included;
2) while staying in the room itself, we noticed on this small floor-plan of the hotel, that our room was amongst the smallest of the smallest. This does not belong to a 'hot deal' in any way. Before check-out, as we were leaving our room, we noticed other rooms of similar size open, while being cleaned by hotel staff. These other rooms were identical in size to ours, but they were each fitted with a kettle and had tv-magazines in them. Our 'hot-deal' room had neither a kettle nor any magazines in it;
3) if you need to wait for the bus and buy a bus ticket (ok car-parking was free), and travel to the centre before you can enjoy your visit to Regensburg, you may prefer comparing hotel deals/offers before opting for the cheapest price. Because after all 'cheapest' often ends up not being cheapest in money, time and effort;
4) the hotel is very close to the motorway (and you can hear it);
5) the great plus of the hotel is its sauna (wet- and dry) and adjacent resting and shower rooms.
All in all, there is a lot more that should be offered (higher quality, lower price) before this could be declared a 'hot-deal'.
