I spent four days in this cosy hotel and I must say the room was clean, the staff very friendly and the location is perfect, not more than 5 min. walk from the Central Station.
Marienplatz was only 10 minutes away and Sendlinger Tor only 5 minutes walk.
Of course if you are looking for a first class hotel you ought to go elsewhere, but if You are looking for a nice clean room in a quiet street in the city center at affordable prices, I think this is a good choice. I would go to pension Lugano again.
