Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. No complaints over the choices for breakfast very continental. The rooms had lots of space which is good but personally they lack a bit of character. Full length windows was great in giving these spacious rooms natural light. But they were a hinderance when it was sunrise as the curtains didn't block the sun so we were awake very early. Overall a comfortable stay.

.....but as lastminute.com once again screwed up my booking thats as much of the hotel as we saw before being sent to stay to the hotel next door.

As soon as we arrived, I knew this was going to be a great stay. Our room was nice, big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice, big and clean. The room included shampoo and body wash unlike most European hotels. The hotel is pretty new and is well up-to-date. The breakfast was also very nice, there was a very big selection, too. The only thing that was a pain was the walk. Our room was in the back corner of the hotel and it is about a two minute walk to the elevator. It wasn't a big deal, everything else was great!

The hotel is located in the eastern suburbs of munich. It's right on the edge of the city in a very peaceful location. Although it is about a half hour drive into the city.
