“A futuristic hotel”

The hotel is located in a brand new suburb. The rooms are VERY modern, the TV screen was showing my name when we entered the room!

In the room you have a big bed with a sofa bed, both are really confortable. There's also a mini-fridge in the room and you can park for free in the streets around.

The journey to and from historic center is about 25 minutes (you take a tram then the metro). And during your trip you CAN'T miss the beer halls.

“Munchen summer 2011”

4 nights, you get a discount at suite hotels so we did that. The concept is familiar to us, we've been in a Suite Hotel in Hamburg and Hanover. You get a big room, with bathroom and a separate toilet. Standard is a Kingsize bed and a couch that can be used as 13rd bed (a 4th bed is tucked under the KSB). There is also a small fridge, microwave and a hot water kettle.
The room was fairly clean and the staff is OK. Location is away from the old centre, the ones in Hanover and Hamburg are real close to the centre. We use public transport and you have to use a tram from Munchner Freiheit and a 5 min. Walk to the hotel. Shopping is OK, a Penny and a Rewe is 5 minutes away, including an imbiss and a backer. The surroundings are OK, a new business centre built at an old army ground, so everything is new (not everything is finished yet). So fine but not perfect :)
