We stayed here 1 Saturday night in January 2012, having previous stayed for a weekend in June 2011.

It is in a convenient location, a couple of minutes walk from the main train station which was good for us with a snowboard bag and big holdall.
The room we got this time was excellent, much bigger than the one from our previous stay. It had a large bed (basically 3 singles width) and was stylish. The TV even had Sky sports which pleased my partner as he could watch Premier Football and German Ice Hockey.
There is a free internet PC in the breakfast room and breakfast was reasonable.
The 2 older guys who man the reception were very friendly and helpful.
Only -ve was nothing to do with the hotel. Being a Saturday night, other guests coming back in the middle of the night and being noisey disturbed our sleep.

I stayed there for 3 nights in January 2012 and I really liked it. The location is great (about 3 minutes from Hauptbahnhof), walking distance to Marienplatz.
It´s a simple, but nice hotel. All the people we talked to in the reception were very nice and helpful. I didn´t try the breakfast (thought a little expensive - 9 euros per person). Just prefered to have coffee at the station.
Would definetely stay there again!

Perfecto para una escapada de fin de semana en Munich.
A 2 minutos del S-Bahn al aeropuerto y de la Karlstor, es el punto perfecto para comenzar la visita al centro histórico de Munich (Frauenkirche, Marienplatz, Rathaus, Peterskirche, Viktualienmarkt..).
La habitación y lavabo eran muy básicos pero limpios y correctos, y el bufet de desayuno muy completo. Gracias a las buenas críticas en tripadvisor, nos decidimos por este hotel y fue todo un acierto.

We stayed here during 3 day trip through Munich. It is fairly simple and nothing great but we found that it had decent beds and amenities, breakfast was included and the location was convenient. If you are looking for something cheap and simple this will do the job and you cannot get a better location for the price (very near to the central train station).
