The hotel is located extremely close to the subway station and hence makes travelling around the city pretty simple. However, its a little difficult to locate (might be just me) and definitely isn't very grand. The morning breakfast doesn't have too much of a spread either. However the staff is very helpful and polite.

Hotel Am Nockherberg was a wonderful small boutique hotel with elevator. We stayed for 4 nights -May 17-21, 2010. It was convenient to the wonderful Munich underground transportation system and a few nice restaurants were within walking distance. Our rate was 99 Euro per night which included an extensive breakfast in a very special breakfast room, complete with linen tablecloths and enough choices to meet everyone's preferences. We actually had a small suite which included a microwave, refrigerator, small kitchen sink, small stove and adequate dishes and utensils. We chose not to cook, however. Great closet space as well as a small sitting area with table. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
