very clean room, i was on the 5th floor the lift only went up to 4th floor but not a problem.staff very friendly, good breakfast what more do you want from a hotel.
the only thing missing was no tea coffee facilities in room.
i'd stay here again next time in munich.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night during a 3 month long trip in Europe. It was located close to the railway station, which was great because we saved money and walked! Our room was spacious, and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! We did not want to leave after only one night. The front desk staff were great, and allowed us to have a slightly later check out. The value for the money was great, and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Munich!

Hotel was in a great location and easy to get around from to sight see and go to and from Oktoberfest. Had two rooms for 4 people: 3rd floor room was smaller than the 5th floor room. 5th floor room was much bigger and had many more windows and a fun view of the street below. Some cleaning of walls and carpet is definitely needed. Front desk always has someone there and always friendly.

Good clean hotel close to the railway station and within walking distance of Marienplatz, the markets and other attractions. We were there during Oktoberfest, so it was very busy. Breakfast was very good. The room, however was very hot and stuffy and there was a lot of street noise, which made it very difficult to sleep - a small fan would have been nice.
