We booked our suites on November 2009, our family and our friend family. Both families have 3-year-old child. And we paid our rooms on November, too. A week before our trip we sent an e-mail to the hotel to make sure that we get our suites with kitchenettes. A man from the hotel wrote us that yes, we will have two suites with fully equipped kitchenettes. We went to the hotel and the receptionist also said that we will have our suites, and gave us the keys. And what happened... The other room was NOT a suite. There was only a minibar, nothing else. So the receptionist had lied to us. We were very upset especially because we had paid our suites in advance. The hotel did not have a suite for our friend family. After an argument, our friend family did get 20 percent off the price. And we got our suite but.. Our suite didn't have a coffee maker, no plates, spoons, nothing. Only one towel etc. We had to call to the receptionist for everything. So do not trust the hotel's own online booking.. And do not trust the e-mails they send to you. And also, our room was on the highest floor. We couldn't keep the balcony door open, because all the grease smells from the restaurant got to the room. It was horrible because the temperature was 33 every day. Something good: toilet and shower were very nice, I guess just renovated.
