Leonardo Hotel is a good choice if you are in a budget trip as in some cases is cheaper than a Hostel.
As I was with my car, it was very easy to get to Marienplatz wich is distant less than 10min from the Hotel. It looks like it is not the best location for those who are depending on public transportation.
Did not tried the breakfast as it costs €13/person and I made the right choice of entering in a nice Backerei located in the street right behind the Hotel where I had a great Breakfast for only €7.
Parkling lot costs you another €13 but with luck you find a place in the near streets.
People in the front-desk are efficient and friendly.
The room was big enough for 3 people sleeping but it was a bit cold even with the heating system turned on. The bad, blanket and pilows need upgrades as they are not comfortable (specially the covers were too small).

Just across the street from the Metro. 10-15 min to the city centre.

I just spend 2 nights in the hotel. It is acceptable but lots of small issues:
- tiny rooms, narrow bed
- expensive internet
- only one elevator and slow
- far from city center

The hotel is a place to sleep between long days of business meetings, but certainly not destination or experience itself.

What a fantastic location to the U Bahn station :)
You can be at Marienplatz in 5 stops, where you can transfer to the Hauptbahnhof to catch the S Bahn to take a day trip to Mittenwald for example.
The staff was extremely helpful from everything from the weather to food suggestions!
I have stayed in many hotels in Europe and this one by far was one of the cleanest rooms with the largest bathroom and shower I have ever seen in a standard room :))) I was VERY PLEASED!
I will definately stay here again when i come back to Munich :)
