average hotel for exhorbitant price - 230€ in this location and this service is radiculous. rooms big and quite if you are lucky to get a backyard ones. Breakfast nothing interesting. For that price especially.

Location excellent, railway station restaurant/cafe and departmental stores just minutes away. Room spacious, breakfast great, staff helpful and friendly, price reasonable. TV set modern. Toilet clean and tidy
Since there is no air-con, it there is an electric fan and a refrigerator, it will be perfect for the hot/summer days. Ice-making machine on the lobby or alternate floors may save the trouble for installing refrigerators.

Spotlessly clean hotel with a great "all you can eat" buffet breakfast which included a variety of cooked options , cereals , cheeses and cold meats . Courteous and helpful staff.
Just a five minute walk from the main railway station and close to the main pedestrianised shopping area .
If I go to Munich again this is where I'm staying .

The hotel is located well in relationship to the train station, but the neighborhood is not fantastic. We had read the reviews and knew this going in, but just be prepared to be walking past strip clubs,casinos and drunk guys standing outside the hotel door (at 7am!).

The room itself was decent. Beds were nice, but there was not much floorspace when the room was made into a triple. The bathroom was good. The only thing lacking in the room was AC. It was only early April, but the room temperatures were a little uncomfortable for me and my wife. You can open the window, but we were not prepared to sleep with the window open (to a fire escape) in this neighborhood.

Overall not a bad place to stay, but you can probably find something similar in a better neighborhood for just a little more money.
