Good, clean rooms; great location just steps away from public transport links; and a breakfast that far exceeded expectations - great variety! All in all, a great experience with this hotel and excellent value for money.

Hotel has an excellent location next to Sendlinger Tor underground station, that gives very quick access to Marienplatz in the centre of Munich where Christmas markets are located.
Our room was on the small side with insufficient clothes hanging space, and no safe, and the area is very busy so sleep quality can be affected by noisy people around Sendlinger Tor.
The breakfast room was very small with tight access to the self service area, and the number of tables was only just sufficient at busy times.
Fruit on offer was tinned not fresh, there was a choice of muesli, and the hot plate had thick ham, scrambled eggs,and a variation of sausages.
Hotel is clean and fairly priced, and a good option if location is a high priority.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in November. The location is great, an easy walk to the train station or to the town center. We were also right next to a metro stop. The rooms were very clean as was the whole hotel, and the room service did a good clean every day as well. The breakfast as tasty - cheese and bread, some cereal and minimal fruit. There was also coffee and tea and assorted pastries, and some eggs - well it was just a good solid breakfast. The staff were friendly. And free WIFI was so great to have. The only thing I wish they had was tea and coffee in the room - there was no kettle. But all in all a great hotel, and hopefully I will come back and stay here soon!

Came to Bristol Hotel Munich for 2 nights end of October 11, it looked so great on Booking and I specifically wanted to stay at a hotel near this U Bahn station so I didnt hesitate to book a room with 100 euros per night. It is definitely so close to the U bahn station you wont believe. But there are major disadvatages

First of all my brother booked a hotel room to another hotel which is across the street and is 100 times better plus much cheaper. I wont say its name cause I dont want it to seem I m advertising it. But it is much newer, cleaner, got better breakfast, the rooms are nicer, the view is nicer plus the location is nicer since its better to go to the city center walking from there rather than from our hotel. So since I ve seen their hotel and having paid more while its not worth it I cant give this hotel more stars....

They ve given us a room on the first floor which is near the breakfast room and the kitchen which means we ve been awake since 6,30 am since the breakfast is being served at 7....Also cause its on the 1st floor there s a pub underneath it which means we slept at 3,... you can do the math to see how much I ve slept.

Wnen we came back from our walk 1 pillowcase was missing so we had to give them our pillow back to get another onw with pillowcase

the internet works just fine, they got free wireless internet at rooms, they give you this piece of paper whith user name and password, they gave me these to use for 1 month, I know I wont be here but thats fine, this is something nice I guess

there s a chair in our closet (???) who knows y. Well instead of finding sceletons, I guess the chair is just fine ;-)))

The people working here are really friendly.

Lat but not least there s no refrigerator in the room. I had specifically asked for one even a little one since I am a mom of a 3 month old baby and I need to give him milk when I go back home, so I needed to express....but there only was a refrigerator at the reception......

In the end I guess that maybe I would come back here in case I didnt find a room at this other hotel. It is in the city centre, got internet and nice people working here. I need to give it a 3 star though cause there is something wayyyy better nearby.....
