This was incredible. A smokers room sold to non smokers!! The reservation was a non smoking room. When we arrive we entered the room and it smelled a lot of smoke. We asked the reception to change our room and they told us that the hotel was full and that it was impossible. They asked us to reach the reception the following day and ask the same question. What?? you book for me the wrong room and then instead of telling me that the next day you will find for me a non smoking room you ask me to come back to the reception???? is this a service? Remark: the room had an adhesive mark outside the door indicating that it was for non smokers, but all the furniture was full of smoke, probably of the last 10 years. The impression was that it was a smoking room transformed into a non smoking room the day before we arrived.
Some more information: Internet is free but so slow that it is useless. Impossible to heat up the room. It reached a maximum of 19 degrees inside and that was it. Finally, even though there was the "do not disturb sign" at the door, a man of the hotel opened it and tried to come inside, fortunately I was there to ask him what the hell he was doing. So he went away.
So guys, if you are ready for zero privacy and a lot of smoke under you bed, with a hilarious internet connection, this is the right place for you.
