In case of hot temperature, it's absolute torture to stay in this hotel. It's super hot and humid because there's no AC. There's not even a fan in the room, and you can't lend one wither. It's also quite noisy; both from the street and from other rooms.

In the summer time you're best to pick another hotel.

One good thing: wifi works.

I stayed there with my girlfriend for 2 nights. For the low rates that we had to pay, the value was undeniable. The rooms were comfortable and relatively spacious. There was a problem with the hot water, so the showers were a bit of an issue. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. There's no internet in the rooms, but free in the lobby (with free apples too, a nice little perk).
It's about a 30 minute walk from Marienplatz, and a 3 minute walk from a metro station, so the location is pretty good, though a bit farther out than most hostels. I'd recommend it.

We stayed in a triple room. The two main beds were very comfortable; my 18 year old daughter said the third, smaller bed was extremely uncomfortable. It would probably be okay for someone preschool or elementary school age. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. They spoke English. We left early for the airport so did not eat breakfast. The walk from the Munchen Hbf (main train station) was a little far with luggage. The Hackerbrücke stop is much closer.

I was very disapponited with this hotel. It should not be 3 stars,it was more like a hostel.
The beds were small,only 2.6 feet, with no mattress cover, sheet straight on to mattress.
2 different colour curtains, one red, one yellow (on same window). Hopeless to keep out sun.The bathroom was also tiny.

Breakfast was good. The staff were super helpful and went on to the internet and printed out information for me.
Free use of internet.
Drinks from the bar were reasonable price
