Check-in was easy (Guest Services rep switched over to checking people in to keep the wait to a minimum) and the room was big and comfortable. We didn't have a reservation, so ate in the bar at Charles Lindbergh restaurant. Food was good but service was even slower than usual. It took 20 minutes to get drinks and about 30 minutes to get the check. "Quick" dinner took about 2.5 hours, in total.

Breakfast buffet was lovely. Service in the morning was prompt and friendly.

It wasn't cheap, but the location can't be beat if you have an early flight out of MUC.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly, young, motivated personnell. Fantastic lobby with palm trees and super fancy bar. Huge rooms, well equipped with all a biz traveller needs. 5 min walking distance to LH terminal. Loved it and will come back.

In the heart of the airport a modern hotel with reasonably good restaurants a bar in the lobby with no atmosphere very often groups or events a small pool but an outstanding location very convenient for the airport. Rooms are well equipped and rather large for European standards. Airplanes are not disturbing and rooms seems well sound proofed.

We stayed here one night before our flight back home, I wish we had time (or money...) to stay longer.
The room was huge, quiet, sunny, the pool was excellent and the breakfast was a big brunch buffet.
Felt like a royal family.
