After a 5-hour train journey to a relatively big town (with a very busy train station on 31st December), we got all the things we hoped for:

* The hotel is, in true IBIS tradition, a 5-minute walk from the Munich HBF (main station)
* The staff at the reception was efficient, helpful & ever-smiling. Smooth check-in.
* Comfortable no-frills room with a good hot shower.
* Efficient heating in the room, with a big window incase it gets stuffy
* there is a tram stop just opposite the hotel

we did not try the breakfast, as there were many options close to the station.
(try COFFEE FELLOWS outside the staion)

ideal choice for tourists, with the main sights just a short walk away.

the hotel was very clean, warm and hospitable.
The room was small, but comfortable
the hotel is very close to Central railway station - less than 5 minutes walking
the administrator was amiable and the breakfast was exellent

Had a lovely time at this hotel.. Thanks to the warm and helpful staff and the perfect location of the hotel. The main railway station was close by and also it had a tram stop close by. You could also walk to the city center within 10min. A complete value for money hotel.
