We stayed in the apartments for 4 days. The room was big, beds were tidy and clean, and the bathromm was comfortable.
The hotel is pretty close to MarienPlatz, just 15-18 minutes by walking.

I booked the hotel through hotels.com and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is located close to Sendlinger Tor and only 10 minutes' walk from Marienplatz. If you purchased a ticket from the airport to Marienplatz and carrying a lot of luggage it is advantageous to change at Marienplatz to U-Bahn and travel on to Sendlinger Tor (U1 to "Mangfallplatz" or U7 to "Messestadt Ost"). Otherwise, it's easier to walk. With trams and busses located directly at Sendlinger Tor the hotel is somehow central if you want to go to museums and other sights in Munich. At the hotel you will be given an ordinary key instead of keycard. The hotel staff are friendly and they speak English well. They are ready to help with directions and to answer your questions. The lounge serves complimentary coffee and the lounge contains fraa magazines, too. The hotel has only one elevator and it is small and you feel cramped in it. Single rooms are very small! And bathroom takes up 1/3 of the space in the room and its width matches the length of the bed. The room contains what is necessary. TV is old, but works fine. Necessary power connectors are at hand in the room for e.g. travel irons. Overall it is very clean. The bathroom is nice and clean, too. They hand out free code for WiFi in the reception for guests. One code for each computer or gadget. It pretty easy - way too easy - to hear any noice or talk from from neighboring rooms and it's very annoying. The rooms are simply too noisy and for me it was the worst part. It's hard to get sleep when hotel guests in the rooms next door is noisy. Earplugs are highly recommended! The noise from the street is however non-existence. There are no buildings on the other side of the street, so there is no one who can look through the window into your room. The breakfast includes everything you would expect, but the scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon wasn't hot. Pro: Friendly staff and location. Cons: Cold breakfast and standard of the room.

We were in the apartments (not the hotel rooms), for a long weekend with two of our teenage kids. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and especially helpful with advice, maps, an umbrella the day it rained... The hotel is well located for visiting the city, an easy 10-minute walk from the old town.

I slept here four nights with two friends. The room was very clean, comfortable, big enough. Clean towels every morning.The hotel is 2 minutes far from the metro and 10 minutes by foot from Marienplatz. Little disappointment: breakfast was good but a little bit expensive and pillows were not comfortable.
