My room was decent, a bed which by Euopean standards was pretty comfortable, a TV, nights stands and a bathroom with a tub and standup shower. The hotel served a good breakfast spread and the staff was friendly and helpful. The best part was the price and how close it was to the Marienplatz and all of the Christmas markets in Munich. Would stay here again.

I can say 2 good things about this hotel. The first is the staff was pretty friendly, and the second is their breakfast was decent. We only stayed at this hotel due to the fact we decided at last minute to go to Oktoberfest and it was about the last one available.The room though was not as clean as I'm comfortable with. It was also extremely small, more like a closet than a room. Also the door only closes if you lock it from the inside which we didn't know till the following morning when I realized the room door was open so anyone could have walked in.

Now about the room key, not only was it 3 pounds, but before you leave for the day you have to give it to the receptionist. Housekeeping started cleaning at the crack of dawn, normally thats not a problem but the walls are so thin and they SLAM the doors. Although breakfast was good, the breakfast area was small so make sure you get there early or there won't be seating. It wouldn't have been so bad if we paid regular price for it but because it was for Oktoberfest the price was raised ENTIRELY too high for what it's worth. I would NOT stay here again.

Not much but they charge u for wifi.I payed abt 1000 euros(normally cheaper but I went during a cine exhibition and beer festival so prices were higher) and I wanted to use wifi,those guys charged 2 euros more.

Room size is as expected for a budget hotel (small). Staff always friendly and helpful. Wifi internet was the fastest I've experienced at a hotel and is competitive at 55 Euro per week. Guests who can't sleep at 3AM will like the televisions with 50+ channels, including (in English) BBC world, CNBC, and others. No available power outlet near the desk so I had to unplug the refigerator in order to plug in my computer. I have stayed here before and will do so again.
