Stayed at the hotel on July 2007 (yeah, that long ago...) and I can only praise it.
It is centrally located, within a very short walking distance of the old city.
Our room was very nicely decorated and felt much nicer than a "regular" Mercure room.
The bathroom amenities were awesome and included a body lotion made of pure almonds, with an amazing smell.
Breakfast was apx. 20 Euros, so we decided to skip it and have a nice breaky at a cafe nearby for a fraction of the cost.
All in all - a lovely stay at a very nice hotel.

The Hotel Staff were wonderful, they displayed the true meaning of hospitality. The breakfast was outstanding as was each meal/dessert or drink consumed there. We could not fault this establishment at all, great location, excellent service, great room size and everything to keep customers happy. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone wishing for quality accommodation at an excellent price with top class service.

We have stayed at this hotel before and found it to be of the same very good standard as previously. We had a great room on a split level, with a flatscreen t.v. in the bedroom and on the lower level. Lots of space to store your luggage without tripping over it. The lower level also has a sofa and a desk area. The hotel lounge is also a pleasant place to have a relaxing drink. The hotel is situated near the main train station which is very handy if you are coming from the airport on the S-Bahn or of course by train. It is about a 10/15 minute walk to the main street- Neuhauserstrasse where you will find plenty of good shops and restaurants. I would certainly stay here again.
