The location is not the greatest, as it takes around 20-30 minutes by public transportation to reach the hotel from the main train station. Since it was quite cold out, waiting for the buses was not that great of an experience, but service was frequent so I didn't have to stand out there for long. Still, the hotel is very clean and comfortable and I would stay there again. Breakfast was great and there was a large selection of foods to choose from, and since the hotel is busy there is always hot food ready. Room was a little chilly and turning up the temperature in the room didn't seem to help... though this is probably not a concern unless it is as cold as it was when I visited in December. Check out is at 12, which is nice. Something minor: a member of the cleaning staff just randomly opened our hotel room door while we were inside the room on the day of check out (at around 10 am), and didn't even bother to knock... or even to close the door. From the bed, you could not view the door... I discovered the door slightly open when I passed by to enter the bathroom, looked outside and saw the cleaning carts etc, so could only assume that they had opened the door... since I doubt very much that anyone else would have a copy of the room key. I guess the sound of the tv covered up the sound of the door opening, and when the person that opened the door heard us talking and turned around. Other than that one weird incident, everything else was great.

Very large room with a large bathroom. Great breakfast in the morning. Free wifi and two computers for guests in the lobby. Nice bar next to the lobby. Location was only a few blocks away from public transportation. Had a great stay! I would stay there again!

The hotel pics are exactly how the rooms look like. We had very good rooms, clean and well designed. The location was not bad as we had to take a bus..met many friendly germans on the way to the city. Then took a tram which was exciting for my kid. We spent about 30 mins travelling but its better then driving to the city as the parking is expensive. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful (one lady wasn't though, a blond). I would def go back if I i'm in Munich.

This was a nice, no frills place. Excellent for the price. We payed something as little as 50 or 60 euros for the one night that we stayed in Munich. It's far from the city center, but again, because it was only one night, it didn't matter. They have a nice bar and their soup was really tasty. The pizza was nice too, but I loved the soup! The breakfast was average. The staff didn't know what was 'vegetarian' when we inquired at breakfast, which was a let down, but otherwise it was OK. We got enough to fill our stomachs and move on. There was free Internet, and the room was spacious, and had a LOVELY view of the countryside. It's far off from the city center, but is undoubtedly a nice place to stay in for a night or two.
