This hotel was pretty good ten years ago but now it's tired and in need of a make over. I've stayed here a number of times over the years and always found the staff helpful and thorough. The food us usually very good and the breakfast buffet one of the best I've seen.

The rooms are tired and the colours dim, the bathrooms need urgent work and are not of today's standard. The pool and sauna are both good.

It's a bit of a walk to the nearest U-Bahn station and it takes about twenty minutes at a brisk pace to make it to the town centre if you want to walk that far. There are a couple of reasonable restaurants close by which add variety.

This hotel has a great location - right by a bus stop and a few blocks down from the metro. When reserving get a room with a breakfast & internet package - it cost 25 euros for 24 hours of access and that can get expensive. Breakfast was alright, but nothing to write home about. The lobby and rooms look dated, but the staff made the stay comfortable. They were all really nice and helpful.

Stayed there during Octoberfest. Not worth the high rates.

The hotel is about to be closed in the next year or so and such is the atmosphere within the hotel.

Good location.

The rooms are ok, but the bathroom was rather simple. Breakfast hall has the atmosphere of a youth hostel. Long halls. Heating does not look convincing in winter times.

Got a smokers room though I dislike smoking. Had not been asked at all.

Stayed for 4 nights when visiting family. Room was clean, quiet, with comfortable beds. Only downside was there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The concierge was very helpful when explaining how to get to city centre which only takes a few minutes. Did not eat in hotel other than breakfast which was very good if not a little overpriced.
