First of all the location of this hotel or building is one houre from munich airport. Actually we were their for my grandmother treatment so it was near the hospital and the marine platz is 8 min walk, the main train station is 5 min walk, it surrounded by plenty of turkish shops that serve almost everything u need to stay long. We stayed there three and half month. Lets describe the reception, the guys working there are very helpful and gentle, you can ask them for anything and they will guide you, they are arab. The flat has a bedroom with living room that has armchair that could transform to bed. It has one bathroom with shower. The kitchen is supplemented with everything you need to cook. There is a TV with all arabic channels and some english channels as well. Cleaning is weekly or daily on request and u have to pay for daily like 20 euroes. We stayed in winter so we didnt need the air conditioner as we were freezing but they have warm system inside the appartment. Moreover the flat is provided with cloth washing mashine and drier at the same time. Also they have washing room at the very lower of the hotel where u can place one euroe i think or less and same thing for the dry machine. But our appartment was supplied with washing and drier tow in one. It has balcony as well but the weather was chilly so we didnt use it much. You can go almost anywhere in europe through the main station that nearby it called Haunbanhouf, this station has so many shops as well it got Burgerking, Starbucks and other fast food shops for late night. The tram is near by as well you can use tram number 16 or 17 to reach this place. Overall the hotel is good for long stay like three months or more.
