Strange hotel - doesn't quite make sense as it isn't cheap and yet is decorated with large graffiti art and odd pictures. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed walking to the city centre ( very close). However, the bed was two singles (at different heights), the room basic, and bathroom average. Felt we probably could have gotten more for our money but fine hotel for location for trains. Great breakfast - very big and all good. Wouldn't go back if I had the choice, but not all bad.

The first thing that makes this small hotel an above-average stay is its location. It is only a 3-minute-walk from the Hauptbanhof (Central Train Station). Also for most travellers its breakfast is on the generous side. Its room is clean although small and its decor is aged. It has a garage and provides bicycle rental on the spot.

One thing the management can add to make a big difference is to encourage its staff to greet their guests with smile.

I had no complaint except its a bit far from the tourist spots (the plaza, church etc)....20 min walk... but its close enough for the main train station (5 min walk)...

The location of the art hotel is perfect if you are traveling in and out of the city by train. It is also walking distance to the center. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive especially during breakfast which offered a great selection. I only stayed a one night at the art hotel but it was quite lovely with its beautifully decorated walls.
