The hotel is pretty much average with no real atmosphere. However rooms were clean and well kept and the staff was friendly. Rooms can be quite noisy though, especially when facing Königsstrasse. The windows are not sound-proof at all.

Room was quite large but the bathroom somewhat inconvenient and had carpet floor in the sink area which I don't think is very hygienic.

The location is very central in Fürth with a good underground connection to Nürnberg. There are also some cafes near which offer a better choice for breakfat than the hotel itself.

I would go again but only for the location with almost everything in Fürth in walking distance.

We have been to this hotel several times. We use this hotel primarily due to its location and size of the rooms. One gets a bedroom separated by a sliding door from a living room.
Great to walk to restaurants, subway to Nuremberg, parking in Hotel.
Service is good. It can get very busy for breakfast especially when air line folks crowd the small breakfast area. We have learned to avoid this. As in other German Hotels and restaurants, smoking can get to you.
Overall we have not found a better solution unless one
spends a lot more money.

I stayed here with my family (husband and two kids). The mini suite was nice. The staff was not. The receptionist could not find my reservation - no wonder she was looking for a single room even though I told her repeatedly I had booked a larger room and even showed her the printout of the reservation. It took her at least 10 minutes to sort the matter out. Fortunately, there were no other guests arriving while she struggled to check us in.

While the breakfast buffet that was served the next morning was plentiful in theory, the staff actually took their time replenishing the juice, milk, eggs and other items. They also were very slow to clear the dirty dishes off the tables.

This is not the kind of service I expect from a 4-star hotel.
