We had a 2-day stay and had a great time at this location. We wished that we had more time to enjoy the atmosphere and quaint surroundings. The staff were very helpful and professional. We had a defective heater, and once reported, we were given a portable heater until it was promptly repaired the next day. We loved the great restaurants and shopping area close by. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Reception staff were very polite, and all spoke excellent English. They could not do enough to help.
Room was warm and clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was good.

I think this town is a ski resort, and we went in the summer, so it wasn't too busy.

Reception staff were fabulous. Our room was nice though a bit small with 3 people, but not a deal breaker. Location was fine if your skiing (we did) and somewhat close to downtown. There were great restaurants right out the door and down the street. A grocery store right out the door was great too. We had dinner one night in the hotel and we could have had a better server. He was polite, but messed up our order and the bill.

We would stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights (2 adults and 2 young children). The family room was very good value and the inclusive breakfast set us up well for the day - a wonderful spread of hot and cold food. The location is excellent - Ludwigstrasse next to the hotel is a delight to wander along and its a pleasant 20/30 min walk (nearly all off road) to the Eckbauerbahn and Olympic stadium. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. There is a bus stop 1 min walk from the hotel from where you can get to the main station in about 10 minutes.
