It's actually a retirement community or something of the sorts.
The room is very large, almost a suite, as another review said, but is very dated. Everything is kept clean and the pool is great.
There are many elderly people with oxygen and walkers filling the lobby and elevator. The only place this becomes a problem is in the dinning room. They offer free breakfast, which sounds great, until you go to find a seat. It's a huge dining room and is practically empty, but every table is reserved for the elderly that I assume live here. Makes me feel like their hotel guests are not their priority.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a younger couple, like my husband and myself.
