This small family hotel of the KAISER Family couch Lake TEGERNSEE south of Munich. You can reach the hotel directly by bus from Munich - 9551 line stops right in front of hotel (TOURIST INFORMATION stop. Fare 9 euros. In hotel you receive a free ticket for the bus lines and towns around the lake. Free parking and WI-FI and internet access is also free. We received a magnificent room with view of the lake with a balcony and a kitchenette. Couple price includes a sumptuous breakfast - 90 euros but there are specials. The owner Mr Kaiser is very friendly and treats nicely the guests. Director reception CLAUDIA is very efficient and considerate of all applications. Highly recommended

Great location short walk into the village & to the Lake Tegernsee. Bus stop right outside the hotel. The water taxi stop is also not far from the Hotel. We had two large roomed very comfortable well equipped appartments in the block right next door to the Hotel. We found it reasonable clean & comfortable beds. Short walk to the great swimming pool and play area the children loved. Took the Bus to Kreuth where we were able to hire ski equipment for the children to ski. Overall it was very good value for money, we spent a fun 4 days. New Years Eve celebrations & fireworks were spectacular around the Lake.

Bernhart and his staff could not have done more for us. We went for a weekend skiing with small children and the hotel organised everything. Including, ski hire etc and an english speaking ski instuctor for the children. The hotel itself had everthing you could want and was warm and friendly.
I would definitely recommend it as afabulous place to stay in the middle of Badwiessee, close to everthing all around Tegernsee including the famous Braustuberl.

Just go once and you will want to go again and again.
