The service at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were rather drab and boring. The bath was extremely small. The room did not feel like 300m sq. We booked a room with a double bed, and they merely put two single beds together. The swimming pool is far too small. The prices were far to high for the services offered. Once we had paid, every little thing cost an enormous amount extra (the drinks from the minibar cost more than the drinks in the hotel's bar!). A car alarm kept us up most of the night, and I failed to wake up to have time for swimming on the 2nd night of our 2 night stay.

This is a good value for money hotel, even if the decor is slightly 1970s esq. Thats not to say its aged but the hotel could do with a refurb.

The breakfast is recomended as is the restuarant on the top floor - great staff and great overall service

This is a typical Maritim Hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Try to get a room on a high floor; it`s wothwhile. From the 12th floor I had an incredible view over old Ulm. The restaurant served a good breakfast and varied meal. The only negative thing were the only three elevators. We were 150 people and had to change between meeting rooms, which were on different floors. There was no visible access by stairs, so it took us a long time to go from one floor to another.

This is an amazing hotel. The room I was given was on the 8th floor and was huge! The view over the river was beautiful.

The hotel caters for the business traveller and doesn't have a family atmosphere. The food on offer for breakfast was lovely and there was plenty to choose from. I ate with a colleague in the rooftop restaurant one evening and it was wonderful. A smashing view and excellent service.

I would advise anyone to stay at this hotel and to get the chance to explore the city of Ulm itself!
