What a great hotel is this. From the way they received us, the room, the service and the restaurant. Staff is very friendly. The beds are perfect (maybe because the hotel is brand new) even my partner slept like never before. If you want you can ask reception for 5 different kinds of pillows, several kinds of duvets and blankets. If you have a child and they forgot their teddybear you can buy one here! And do not forget the glass of champagne that we got while checking in, because it was almost new year!!
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staying over the Christmas holidays in the Moevenpick Stuttgart Airport hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice. Not only did I manage to secure a very favorable rate via hrs.de booking site, but the hotel experience itself did prove to be first class. I originally chose the hotel based on the proximity to the Stuttgart airport, and the excellent connection to public transportation (via the airport train station). When I was stranded on the day of my arrival in Zurich due to the snow chaos in Europe, a call to the hotel reservation desk proved to be very reassuring: not only did they find my reservation in a jiffy (a lot of hotels cannot perform this simple task), but the friendly receptionist confirmed that the room would be held for that no matter how late I would arrive in Stuttgart. After a 4 hour bus ride, I arrived at the hotel and was upgraded to a very large corner room, which was not only a nice Christmas surprise, but also one of the most luxuriously outfitted hotel rooms I have stayed in. Everything was top notch: from the furniture to the mattress to the bathroom fittings, I had no complaints and found the design to be modern, tasteful and of high quality. Also, the room was very quiet due to excellent sound insulation - even though the hotel is adjacent to the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly, and provided a high level of service when assisting me with retrieving an item I had forgotten in the room after checking out. I did not use the breakfast service for this stay, but have frequented the restaurant before, and the food is very good with respect to quality and choices available. The hotel certainly is a modern style and business traveller oriented hotel, but nice touches like free Christmas sweets and juices/water at the reception desks made the difference - and the friendliness of all staff added that extra feeling of being actually perceived as a welcomed guest (and not just a revenue source). The connectivity towards Stuttgart via the "S-Bahn" train as well as the 50 m distance to the airport terminal make this hotel rightfully the No.1 choice for a stay in the Stuttgart region. Definitively deserves to be rated the best, and looking forward to coming back next year.

Have stayed here several times and all my stays have been excellent. The hotel is right at the airport. Location and service couldn't be better. I like the restaurant as well, of course always sampling the Moevenpick ice cream as a dessert. Will definitely stay again.

We were able to return our rental car, spend the night at the Moevenpick, and then walk to the airport the next morning. They have a kiosk in the lobby where we were able to check in with our airline and print boarding passes. Very quiet. Good restaraunt, however a bit pricey.
