My fiancee and I were driving through Germany when a nasty snow storm hit. We hadn't planned on stopping in Stuttgart, but the weather was getting so bad that it was impossible to see what was ahead while driving (total whiteout!). We pulled into town late (close to midnight), and we tried every reasonably priced hostile and hotel listed in our guide book. Half of the places wouldn't even answer their door, and the other places said no vacancy. When we were about to give up and pay some exorbitant cost for a hotel (about $200 American dollars), we came upon Hotel Find. This hotel was our savior! The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, and the room was extremely reasonably priced. Instead of charging us to park our car, he found us a free spot on the street. He then pointed out on a map where we could get late night food and beer around the corner. Just amazing.

The room was clean and comfortable, no complaints there. It was nicer and more spacious than some of the other rooms we stayed in while in Germany. Breakfast was served in the morning, and we got to meet the family that owned the place. The owner then talked to us about what sites we should see while in Germany, and even printed our a map and marked it for us. I can't even tell you how great and personal the service was, and how glad we were to find this gem. I would absolutely stay here again, and I'd hope the same owners and front desk clerk are still there, offering the same first-rate personal service with a smile.
