This a bit old fashioned hotel is clean, with friendly staff and a walking distance from Porsche, Alcatel or Bosch companies.

My single room was small but very well organized and nicely decorated, and it had all you need during a business trip (I recommend to bring your own shampoo, shower gel and a solid soap if you don't like the all purpose gel dispenser). There was even a minibar, despite the fact that it is only a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was expensive (13 EUR), but there is a supermarket EDEKA nearby (5 minute walk) with a nice cafe offeriing breakfast from 3 to 6 EUR. Another option is a nearby LIDL grocery store with a bakery shop.

It is a 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn Zuffenhausen which brings you to the city centre in maybe 10 minutes. Since there are S4, S5 and S6 serving the city, you will wait no longer than 10 minutes for the train.

Really a 'no frills' hotel, its quite old and tired desperately needing a renovation before I would return. The staff were friendly and accomodating, breakfast was excellent. Hotel was perfect for us as we were visiting the Porsche Museum and doing a factory tour, if we had been here to see the city I probably would stay somewhere more central. Was VERY quiet so if you are a light sleeper this would be OK for you.

An absolute steal! this hotel is a few stations from the Hauptbahnhoff (main train station) of Stuttgart. About 10 minutes' walk from the station, it is in a very quiet suburb (looks like a residential area). Not much near the hotel, but there is a supermarket and a bakery about 5 minute walk up the road, and it's a 10 minute walk to the Porsche Museum. The hotel has a bar, a good restaurant and a lift, and the staff are very nice and speak English well. Hotel room is very clean and quiet, with a bar fridge in the room, a good hair dryer provided and a very comfortable bed (an actual double bed). We had a room on the top floor with a view over the surrounding hills. Staff spoke English well, and were very nice. The restaurant makes good pizza, for Eu7.50. Breakfast is a bit expensive, Eu 13 per person and wi-fi is Eu 8 per hour or Eu 13 for 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
