You can't get much better in terms of proximity to the rail station (900 metres), quite a lot of that via underground passage. Having said that, bout 300 metres of that is uphill with many steps, which, with rolling luggage is not for the faint of heart or the out-of-shape! It's a basic hotel without many bells or whistles, but the staff is friendly and helpful and it's clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, not amazing, but enough. The elevator was a tiny and a little scary, but the stairs are big and there aren't to many floors. When the weather is nice, the walk to the pedestrian city-centre is not bad at all, but in rain it's a bit on the far side. There was not a great selection of restaurants within walking distance, we had to go to the train station or the pedestrian city-centre. While we were there we watched a Germany vs. Brazil exhibition soccer game and that was a great experience. The stadium was amazing and the public transportation system was easy to use.
