This hotel doesn't have air condition, at that is a huge problem when it's as hot as it was when we were there...Woke up all night, both nights we slept there, because of the heat, and didn't really sleep much...

The beds were not very good either, and the hotel is without any charm. The hotel staff are ok, free internet in the lobby is good, and you have a McDonalds in the building for a late snack - which is good, because the hotel is located so far away from any other restaurants except a italian in the same building, that closes at 22 o'clock.

The only thing the hotel is NEAR, is the Porsche Museum. So if you're travelling to Stuttgart to see that – preferably in the autumn/winter – then it's maybe ok (if you get a good price...)

Take the S6 to "Porscheplatz" to get to the nearest S-bahn-stop, don't go to the Zuffenhausen stop. Then you have to walk for a while, or take a taxi...

It's not really a three star hotel.

My husband and I booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the Porsche Museum. That was a mistake!

The room looked more like a dorm and there was no A/C. This is not usually a problem, but the hotel is connected to a 24 hour McDonald's. There were noisy people yelling at all hours of the night and we barely slept at all the 2 nights we were there.

The Italian restaurant that was in the hotel was fair and the bar was open for 24 hours.

I wouldn't stay here again, not matter how close to a museum.

Booked this hotel as it was the only one free in a city booked out with trade-show visitors. It was 7 years since I had stayed in an Achat hotel and on entering this one, I remembered why.

The room had tacky decor which was badly in need of renovation. TV remote and hairdryer didn't function. I had been allocated a room overlooking the 6 lane highway so it was anything but quiet. The communal areas looked worn and jaded. Smell of smoke all-pervading.

The friendly staff were not enough to balance out the desire to get out of the place. Here's to another 7 years staying elsewhere!

Stayed for a night while driving through Germany. Hotel is quite easy to find, good directions on the website. Location is okay, there is a train into the city every 15 minutes and it only takes ~ 10 minutes to get there, the train station is only 5 minutes walk away but can be tricky to find due to construction work (as of Dec 06).

Very small cramped room. Pillows were very thin, very poor night's sleep, and bathroom was quite dirty. The whole hotel feels quite run down and in need of a renovation. The price wasn't even that good (~85 euros for a double room), but it was the cheapest in Stuttgart that night. If you need somewhere cheap then it's not too bad, but I wouldn't recommend it too highly.
