“Great service - modern hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 December 2011

Rooms were clean and modern and were fairly spacious. Easy to access underground parking and great location for car museums and Wilhelma. Tasty buffet breakfast.
Restaurant was closed as it was 30 December and there were no open restauants around the hotel. Esther at reception was very helpful and ordered us some takeaway which was delivered to the room.
Good value for money.

“Sloppy”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 December 2011

This hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet yet pretty urban, if not exactly central, part of Stuttgart. An excellent location for anyone doing business outside the very centre, especially in the industrial eastern part of Stuttgart.

Unfortunately, the All Seasons is form rather than substance. Receptionists do smile but you have to wait forever. The front desk is understaffed at crucial checkout time and it means a very frustrating wait and a waste of time.

The rooms, 'overdesigned' by any standard, are badly designed and maintained. My suite had only one, well hidden, plug near the desk so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom while the laptop was plugged in near the desk. Cleaning was sloppy, with breadcrumbs under the beds. The accommodation was advertised as a suite - but there was no bed linen for the 2nd bed and it took the hotel staff forever to bring it.

Not exactly what one expects of a German business-oriented hotel.

On the positive side - breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

“Very average”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2011

This hotel was previously the Mercure. It enjoys a perfect central location for Stuttgart and Bad Cannstatt allowing easy access to major businesses and leisure parks. Since the change in ownership this year, the hotel has nose dived in quality and service. The breakfast buffet is no longer as great as it used to be. I stayed for a week, of which 2 days my bed was not done! I checked in at 11:00 am but was told that rooms would not be available before18:00! and adding insult to injusry, although I had bookings for 2 single rooms, initially they could not find my bookings although I had the confirmation numbers, and secondly they stated that they could only offer me one room and "would see what they can do to get another room". The bookings were made more than 3 weeks in advance! If you want to have piece of mind and can afford a few more Euros, then check-in at the Hilton Garden Inn which is only 5 minutes away.

“First rate large separated room”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 November 2011

Newly modernised hotel with excellent family rooms. separation between child/teenager sleeping area and adults. Bed for adult was fine 160 cm, although there was space to have had a 180. The best feature for us though was that the extra beds for the children were proper 90cm single beds.
We have travelled a great deal as a family recently and the extra beds are usually just camp beds, sofas, or even just a very poor matress on the floor. These matresses were excellent and were arranged into a well desinged wall folding system.
The hotel was convienient for public transport, and is 50m from one of the many local wellness pool areas - we looked but didnt use as it was very busy on a Sunday.
Location is not that picturesque - but you are not far from the old town - which had several good restaurants.
The gym has limited but good machines.
Breakfast was very good, and varied.
All in all an excellent stay.
First rate.
