Stay for a business meetings for 3 days. On second day the key card lock on the room door broke and I had to get reception staff to let m einto the room every time I needed to re-enter!?!?!? Not good enough!!! the rest is OK. Hotel was booked by my travel agent as it is in near proximity of teh meeting place I needed to attend. Other than with that (clos eproximity to the place of my interest) I really was not impressed with anything. Expected more facilities - only sauna.

Liked — close proximity to my place of interest - meetings
Disliked — maintenance not up to snuff

“Nice and quiet hotel”

The hotel is situated a little outside Mannheim center, in a nice and quiet area. The tram stops right outside the hotel, so it is easy to get to and fro the city-center. The hotel is modern, nice, and spacious with nicely furnished rooms. A lot of good space for clothes-storage, nice bathroom with a tub, and the beds were good. We had a room facing the back - it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely marvellous, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. English-speaking staff. Good cleaning. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Mannheim. The hotel seemed to have good conference-facilities. No internet-machine for guest to use, but possibilities to use your own pc by wireless connection.
