Of course we enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms, nice, helpful and friendly staff, The city was very nice also.
I had a problem in the 3rd day of my stay. It was a houskeeping problem. because of I am too lasy and sleepy person I hanged 'do not disturb' card on the door handle and stayed in the room untill 12:00 o'clock .So I did not let them to do their work in right time. Then they telephoned me that I'd better to leave the room because of the housekeeping service is not available after 13:00 o'clock. İf I did not want , they would not disturb me then. After that a staff named Liza (that I learnt her name from her namecard) came and asked me that if I want to change a specific thing in my room they can do it. So I wanted them to change my towel and arrange my bed. She was very helpful and polite to me. And In my life the most thing I respect is to be helpful to other people. I was very affected and in some hotels they even do not ask about your situation if you said them do not disturb me: That is a nice difference that I want to point it out.

Later time whenever I come here I will stay at Wartburg hotel.

Though I only stayed here for one night, I'd stay here again if I came back to see more of Mannheim. The Wartburg is well-located close to the main shopping zone, and inside is very well presented, with staff that manage to be helpful and attentive without being overbearing.

The room was a good size, with good facilities. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but did have a couple of drinks at the bar - well-stocked with a nice ambience and, again, a good barman.
