We arrived around 8pm. There is a reception area that is a 10x10' room & the receptionist is behind a glass window. You have to buzz in to the entrance and then after seeing the receptionist, you get buzzed in to the hotel. It is not pretty. Well, it is across the train stn and I appreciate the safety. The buzzer in the reception (2nd buzzer) either didn't work (when we came dnstairs) or no one would come to the front desk so we could go to brkfast.
The elevator did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. The room REEKED of cig' smoke. I mean, very very strongly reeked. I asked for another room, but they were fully booked. The room is like a seedy Motel 6 and there is no safe, not comfy beds/pillows. Breakfast was okay and the staff there were very nice. The seating area outside is delightful, near a large park. At first the mgr was very rude and unsmiling, but she did finish well. We did not make a fuss bec actually the price was good. I would not return.
