As others have noted the hotel is near the trams. In particular, room 108 is on the 1st floor on the corner of the building with windows on two sides so muct be the worst room for noise. The hotle was no where near full but that's the room they gave me. Earplugs on the bedside table were a clue. For what it's worth, the trams carry on all night but at much reduced frequency between 01:00 and 06:00
Apart from that, its quite OK. Has character and on the business rate I was on decent value. Breakfast was fine and staff we helpful. Apart from the joker who allocated my room
